What is Verbena officinalis extract I?
Verbena officinalis extract is obtained from the plant Verbena officinalis, of the family Verbenaceae. The plant is a perennial herb with flowers and is native to European countries. It has been grown as an ornamental plant and for its medicinal properties for ages. The extract, obtained from the whole plant, is known to possess antibacterial properties and is used as herbal medicine. The extract is a light to amber-colored liquid with a characteristic odor.
