What is rifolium pratense flower extract / Trifolium pratense extract or Red Clover?
Red clover is also known as Trifolium pratense is an herbaceous flowering plant. It is native to Europe, Northwest Africa, and Western Asia. It is a perennial plant with dark pink-colored flowers. The plant is mainly used as fodder, ornamental plant, and green manure due to its ability to fix free nitrogen from the atmosphere. The extract obtained from the plant and flowers mainly contains flavonoids, isoflavones or phytoestrogens, tannins, and essential oils.
