Thymus hydrolysate is a kind of protein hydrolysate. It is obtained by hydrolysis of the thymus gland by acidic, alkaline, or enzymatic hydrolysis. It consists of amino acids, peptides, and proteins with some other organic compounds. It is used mainly to treat various ailments and also as a useful ingredient in cosmetic products.
