What is Oleth-10-phosphate?

DEA oleth-10-phosphate is actually a neutral amine salt. DEA stands for diethanolamine, oleth is a salt form of oleic acid, and the entire complex is an amine salt of a weak acid, oleic acid.

Use & Benefits: 

It is usually favored because of its excellent stability in clear microemulsions. It is incorporated for mixing highly immiscible ingredients into an emulsion, which can result in a reasonably acceptable product.
