What is Glycerophosphoinositol choline?

Choline is chemically a quaternary ammonium compound and an essential component in our body. It is synthesized in our body; it is one of the constituents of cell membranes lipids namely phosphatidylcholine and sphingomyelin.

Use & Benefits: 

Although it is a very important ingredient for skin structure, it is usually taken as a supplement to get benefited than to apply it topically. It has very minor use in cosmetics. Only a few rinses off products contain choline in their formula like cleansers, soaps, body washes, and hair loss treatment.
