What is Glucosyl hesperidin?

Glucosyl hesperidin is a flavonoid, actually a combination of hesperidin and glucose. Hesperidin is found in citrus fruits. When it is combined with glucose, the water solubility of hesperidin is dramatically improved with biological functions remaining intact.
