What is Echium plantagineum seed oil (Purple viper's bugloss)?

Echium plantagineum or commonly known as Paterson's curse/ purple viper's bugloss, native to southern Europe, southwestern Asia, And northern Africa. It is an invasive weed and poisonous for cattle to graze. The seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the plant, are rich in fatty acids such as linoleic acid, linolenic acid, stearidonic acid, etc. It comes as a colorless to a pale-yellow clear liquid.
