What is Arnica Extract?
Arnica montana or arnica extract is an extract obtained from the flowers of the plant. This plant grows widely in North America, Siberia, and central Europe. It contains volatile oils, Sesquiterpenes lactones, and Flavonoids.
Use & Benefits:
It is believed to improve blood circulation of the skin, providing more of the oxygen to blood vessels of the skin helps skin to get rid of toxins. It is also used in pre and post skin restorative surgery for soothing and pain-relieving effect. Rather than cosmetics, it is used to treat pain associated with arthritis, swelling or bruising. For acne prone skin it is believed to heal the inflammation r painful condition of the skin.
