What is Albumin?
Albumin is a very well known globular, water-soluble protein, found mainly in blood plasma in our body. It is derived from the Latin word albus-meaning white. It is extracted from egg white and soybean mainly. Historically, Egg white mask was used to get a temporary anti-wrinkle effect.
Use & Benefits:
Albumin is used by the body to regenerate and repair body tissues. It is also an astringent so it makes skin appear smoother, deals with the fine lines and wrinkles and also improves skin tone. It is also used as a film former in face masks.
