What is Tridecyl stearate?
Tridecyl stearate is a compound formed from decyl alcohol, glycerol, and stearic acid. Stearic acid is one of the most abundantly found fatty acids in nature, and it is obtained from palm kernel oil, soy oil, and other vegetable oils. Tridecyl stearate appears as a transparent, colorless oily liquid.
