What is Sorbitan Sesquioleate?
Sorbitan sesquioleate is an anionic surfactant obtained from a mix of mono- and di-esters of oleic acid and hexitol anhydrides derived from sorbitol. Sorbitol and oleic acid are obtained from natural sources. Sorbitan sesquioleate is a clear, viscous liquid, soluble in oil.
