What is Retinol?
Vitamin A, also known as Retinol, is found naturally in foods, animal fats, and plants. It is a thick liquid or a pale yellow crystalline powder. It was isolated for the first time in 1909 and produced for the first time in 1947. It is included in the list of most essential medicines by WHO. It is required for many functions in the human body. - Prevention of Deficiency Symptoms: Anemia and dry eyes can be caused by a deficiency of Vitamin A.
