What is Luteum ovi extract or Egg yolk?
Egg yolk is a yellow portion in the egg, makes up to 34 % of the liquid weight of the egg. Which is actually a mixture of less protein and more fat. This fat is mostly cholesterol, but apart from it, it has many other lipids as well such as phospholipids, sphingomyelins, etc. It also contains all the fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, D, E and K, some of vitamin b complex vitamins also and carotenoids. Egg yolk is used both the ways wet and dry form.
