Adzuki beans or Aduki beans are red colored legumes, native to southeastern Asia, mainly Japan and China. Being legume, it is rich in carbohydrates & proteins.
Use & Benefits:
Dried Adzuki beans are grounded, and then used as a paste to apply on face, it gives a mild skin exfoliating action. It is used as an ingredient in facial and body masks, body butter and cleansing scrub.
