Vitamin B3 has two chemical forms called Nicotinamide or Niacinamide. It is a water-soluble vitamin. Its natural sources include grains, meat, fish, and beans. Excess niacin is converted to niacinamide and absorbed by the body. Vitamin B3 belongs to a group of vitamins that have soothing and healing effects on the skin.
